I had a rather severe raccoon infestation for months in my condo crawl space. Needless to say the damage was extensive. That is until truly nolen (Jose) tackled the issue with the utmost professionalism and superior attention to detail.

I had some hornets on the back of my house. I called and a couple hours later the owner was onsite to take care of the problem. Jose, the owner, was personable, professional and affordable. I'd highly recommend this company!

Jose arrived at our home in response to our phone call within three hours of contact as promised. Early morning we heard loud scratching noises coming from the exhaust vent of clothes dryer in laundry room. Two other pest control services we called referred us to Wild Life Rescue services. Jose assured us on the phone the sound was coming from a trapped bird. Upon arrival the flapping, scratching sounds stopped and we were told the bird escaped but Jose examined the interior area and exterior of house. Three screen gates were installed over our existing vents. Within 30 minutes after Jose left, the noise returned as frantically as before. We called Truly Nolan once again and Jose assured us he would return within a few hours. When Jose returned, the trapped bird was captured and set free from the exhaust vent. Truly Nolan Pest & Termite control provided professional services and we are considering contracting them for preventive termite control services. I recommend contacting them for pest control services.

Very happy with their service . Jose was so great with my mother and her mouse and squirrel issues. He came by every day to check on the traps and replaced the ones that needed to be . Went in to the attic and removed the squirrels everyday till there were no more. I highly recommend them . Thanks Truly Nolen for making my mom's home pest free.

We have been using Truly Nolen pest removal for the last two years to keep squirrels and mice from setting up house in our attic, as well as, small insect extermination (ants, spiders, etc.). Jose and his team of guys are true professionals. They are efficient, friendly, trustworthy and effective. They always show up as promised and on time. I highly recommend Jose Machota/Truly Nolen. We discovered we had squirrels living in our roof a few weeks ago. I Googled exterminators in my area and thought this one looked reputable. One other I'd spoken to offered a half ass sounding solution at twice the amount. The person who answered Truly Nolen's phone was the owner, Jose Machota. He promptly came for our estimate. Jose was so nice, knowledgeable overall, obviously extremely experienced and made us confident that he'd get rid of them, also guaranteeing his work for a year. To quote him, "It's no longer your problem, now, it's my problem". I loved that. And that was so true. We directly texted anytime a trap had a squirrel. Jose was always quick to respond. We felt very comfortable with the couple of times I needed to give him access to my home even if I couldn't be there. Really, just the nicest guy. We caught a ton of squirrels, had a few laughs along the way at the volume of them, till we ultimately caught the last one. We waited a few days to make sure, and he closed up the job. He's awesome and will treat your home like it was his own. Thanks, Jose, for a job "Truly" well done.
